At Mendar Leather, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted real leather products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items marked as 'Final Sale'
• Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@mendarleather.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@mendarleather.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
