Mendar Leather ships to customers worldwide. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your leather products arrive safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once the order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship from multiple warehouse locations to serve our global customers efficiently. Shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and your delivery destination.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

       Pakistan: 3–5 business days

       USA, Canada, UK: 7–14 business days

       Europe, Australia: 10–18 business days

       Middle East, Asia: 7–14 business days

       Rest of World: 14–21 business days

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current offers.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the relevant carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@mendarleather.com. We will investigate with our shipping partner and do our best to resolve the issue promptly. In cases of confirmed lost shipments, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Mendar Leather is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
